The previous two articles described the use of platelet-rich plasma and platelet lysate. This part literature review examines mechanism red bone marrow action, indications contraindications for its use. results treatment delayed consolidation fractures are also described. Hematopoietic stem cells give rise to all cellular components circulating blood, such as blood cells, lymphocytes, neutrophils, platelets. most rational way stimulate regeneration is patient's own biological material. aim this article summarize using autologus improve regenerative potential in orthopaedics.
